Eero Lahtinen
A bassoon played with unusual lightness. The allegro moved at a real tempo, and the rapid articulation stayed even from the low register to the high. He shaped the second theme as a direct echo of the opening, which is the kind of detail that tells you the whole movement has been thought through.
